Tournament Terms & Conditions

These Tournament Terms & Conditions ("Tournament Terms") apply to registration, participation, and related activities for cricket tournaments and events operated or branded by Spinvic (including Spinvic & Big TV Presents World's Largest Cricket Tournament and related programs) accessed through the Platform. They supplement the general Website Terms & Conditions. In case of conflict, these Tournament Terms prevail for tournament-specific matters.

Personal data collected for tournaments is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Spinvic & Big TV Presents World's Largest Cricket Tournament— Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Eligibility

• Team managers or registrants must meet the minimum age and authority requirements stated at registration.
• Players must meet age, residency, skill band, or other eligibility criteria published for the specific tournament.
• Spinvic may require proof of identity, age, or local-body affiliation. Providing false information may lead to disqualification without refund.

2. Acceptance of tournament rules

By registering a team or participating as a player, you confirm that you have read and agree to the official tournament rules, fixture guidelines, code of conduct, anti-cheating and fair-play provisions, and any addenda published by Spinvic or its authorised partners. Spinvic may update formats, schedules, or rules where reasonably required for operational or safety reasons.

3. Code of conduct

Participants, coaches, managers, and spectators must:

• Treat officials, opponents, staff, and the public with respect.
• Refrain from violence, harassment, discrimination, or abusive language.
• Comply with venue rules, security directions, and broadcast or media restrictions where applicable.
• Not engage in match-fixing, betting where prohibited, or any corrupt conduct.

Breaches may result in warnings, suspension, disqualification, or reporting to authorities, without refund unless the Refund Policy states otherwise.

4. Intellectual property — team logos and content

You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to upload team logos, images, names, and other content submitted during registration. You grant Spinvic and its media partners a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content for tournament operations, scoring, broadcasts, highlights, marketing, and archives. Spinvic may decline or remove content that infringes third-party rights or violates decency or branding guidelines.

5. Fees, payments, and commercial terms

Registration fees, payment windows, and inclusions are as communicated at registration. Taxes and payment gateway charges may apply. Non-payment or chargebacks may void registration.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spinvic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from tournament participation, including travel costs, lost opportunities, or personal property loss, except where liability cannot be excluded under Indian law. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence.

7. Dispute resolution and governing law

These Tournament Terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties shall attempt good-faith negotiation, followed by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with seat at Kochi, Kerala, India, and a sole arbitrator appointed by Spinvic. Subject thereto, courts at Kochi, Kerala shall have jurisdiction. For consumer disputes, you retain statutory rights available under Indian law.

8. Modification and cancellation of the event

Spinvic may postpone, relocate, merge groups, or adjust formats within reasonable limits. Refund entitlements in case of cancellation or major change are set out in the Refund Policy.

9. Account and participation termination

Spinvic may refuse registration, remove a team, or ban participants for breach of these Tournament Terms, the Website Terms, safety concerns, or legal compliance. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy.

10. Data usage consent

You consent to the use of contact details, WhatsApp numbers, photos, and related personal data for tournament administration, communications, and partner integrations (such as payments and messaging) as described in the Privacy Policy.
