Spinvic & Big TV Presents World's Largest Cricket Tournament — Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to Spinvic & Big TV Presents World's Largest Cricket Tournament and related tournament registrations and ticket purchases unless a separate written policy is expressly stated for a specific edition. It should be read together with the Tournament Terms & Conditions.

1. No refund policy (strict rule)

All registrations and ticket purchases for Spinvic & Big TV Presents World's Largest Cricket Tournament are final and non-refundable under all circumstances, except where the event is officially cancelled by the organiser as described in Section 2 below.

2. Event cancellation by organiser

If Spinvic & Big TV Presents World's Largest Cricket Tournament is fully cancelled and not rescheduled, participants will receive a 100% refund of the registration or ticket fee only, excluding payment gateway charges, taxes, and processing fees. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

3. Event rescheduling or postponement

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, all registrations will automatically remain valid for the new date. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

4. Participant withdrawal or no-show

No refund will be issued if a participant or team:

• Withdraws after registration;
• Fails to attend (no-show);
• Arrives late or misses a scheduled match.

5. Disqualification or rule violations

No refund will be issued if a team or player is disqualified due to rule violations, misconduct, or ineligibility.

6. Match schedule and format changes

The organiser may modify match schedules or change formats, fixtures, or venues within reasonable limits. Such changes do not qualify for a refund.

7. Weather and external conditions

No refunds will be issued for disruptions caused by weather, technical issues, crowd or operational delays. Matches may be rescheduled at the organiser's discretion.

8. Force majeure

No refunds will be provided for events affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, law-and-order situations, pandemics, or emergencies, except as required by applicable law or as expressly communicated by Spinvic.

9. Payment charges

All payment gateway fees, taxes, and service charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

10. Agreement to policy

By registering for or purchasing a ticket to Spinvic & Big TV Presents World's Largest Cricket Tournament, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full.

11. Jurisdiction

Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India, without prejudice to arbitration or dispute clauses in the Tournament Terms where applicable.
