Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Tournament-specific rules, fees, and refunds are governed by the Tournament Terms and Spinvic & Big TV Presents World's Largest Cricket Tournament— Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old to register, contract, or transact independently, unless a specific program allows participation by minors with guardian consent.
• For minors, usage must be supervised and approved by a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on their behalf.

2. Scope of services

Spinvic operates as a multi-sport ecosystem platform offering sports coaching and training, academy enrolments, event and tournament registrations, merchandise, community features, and related digital tools. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the Platform lawfully, not misuse or disrupt systems, and respect other users, coaches, and staff. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

4. Registrations, fees, and payments

Registrations are subject to availability. Fees may be non-refundable except as stated in the applicable program or event policy. Pricing may vary by location or offering. Third-party payment providers handle card and wallet data under their terms.

5. Health and safety

Sports participation involves inherent risk. You are responsible for ensuring medical fitness. Spinvic is not liable for injuries except to the extent required under applicable law and proven negligence.

6. Intellectual property

All Platform content—including branding, designs, text, videos, and training materials—is owned by Spinvic or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute such content without permission. Content you upload remains yours, but you grant Spinvic a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and use it to operate and promote the services you sign up for.

7. Third-party services

We may integrate payment, messaging, analytics, or sports partners. We are not responsible for failures of third-party systems beyond our reasonable control.

8. Technology and availability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in India, Spinvic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the Platform.

10. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, legal requirement, or risk to the community. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by nature survive termination (including IP, liability limits, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

11. Data usage consent

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Dispute resolution and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in English, with seat and venue at Kochi, Kerala, India, before a sole arbitrator appointed by Spinvic. Subject to the foregoing, courts at Kochi, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
